You just need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the programme and the college. Jagannath University, Haryana offers a total of 230 seats for its BSc programmes in 2025. These seats are distributed across ten different specialisations, allowing students to choose their field of interest. The most prominent specialisation, BSc Agriculture, holds the the highest intake capacity with 120 seats. The remaining 110 seats are shared among other BSc specialisations like Animation & VFX, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Forensic Science, etc.

The selection for the BSc programme at Jagannath University, Haryana is merit-based. Selection is determined by the marks secured in the qualifying Class 12 examination or a valid CUET UG scorecard. The total Jagannath University Fee amount may include other charges, if applicable. A one-time admission payment is also charged by the university. Hostel charges if applicable is charged along with admission charges. Whereas, the total tuition fee is paid at the beginning of each academic year.

The merit-based scholarships for BCom students at Jagannath University, Haryana are awarded based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (Class 12). The university has a tier system:
