As per NIRF ranking 2024, CMC Vellore emerged to be as the top ranked Medical colleges in India accepting NEET PG, secured 3rd position, followed by KMC Manipal and Madras Medical College.

About 800+ Medical colleges accepting NEET PG in India. Some of the popular colleges include CMC Vellore, KGMU, KMC Manipal, Madras Medical College, Chennai, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, SGPGI Lucknow, and many others.
