The admission process associated with BHMS courses at colleges in Maharashtra, advising the NEET UG test results, usually begins sometime around June or July. for the academic year 2024, it is very likely that the admission procedure will start sometime in June 2024. candidates will have to register for counseling through the Maharashtra State CET Cell, which will announce the official schedule concerning document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment.

As far as my knowledge you can change your stream from Science to commerce. But you need to contact the school officials as they are the one who can guide you with the correct information. For more accurate information you should contact to your exam board office or website, I hope it helps you.
