A CRL of 482,000 in JEE Mains would not make it easy for one to get a seat in CSE or Civil Engineering at the prestigious government institutions in Madhya Pradesh. But students can try institutions like Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal and Government Engineering College, Rewa for Civil Engineering as they do have a scope of chance, though competition may be tough.

It might be possible for pvt. Colleges such as Bhopal Institute of Technology and Science, Institute of Science and Technology, Indore, and Amity University, Gwalior, to be a little lenient with their cutoffs, thus increasing the possibility of securing admission. If the candidate happens to be a Madhya Pradesh domicile, he might also have state quota seats added to his chances in government colleges.

Several institutes offer a Diploma in civil engineering near Ahmednagar and may have options for working days through part-time or flexible modes in the state of Maharashtra. Among the names that surface are Government Polytechnic Nashik and Amrutvahini College of Engineering in Sangamner; it offer courses in engineering, and they may have evening or part-time provisions. In Telangana, a number of good colleges offer M.Tech courses in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Power Systems. Notable colleges are Osmania University in Hyderabad offering M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Power Systems, and the University College of Engineering, Osmania University that offers M.Tech in Power Systems and Energy. NIT Warangal offers M.Tech in Power Systems and Energy Engineering, and the same is on offer at JNTU Hyderabad with M.Tech in Electrical Power Systems. Kakatiya University at Warangal also offers M.Tech in Power and Energy Systems. Generally, the mode of admission for these programs is through GATE or entrance exams conducted by the respective universities.

Some of the best and most affordable medical colleges in India include AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in New Delhi, its other branches, Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) in Delhi, Government Medical College in Kottayam (Kerala), Madras Medical College (MMC) in Chennai, and King George's Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow. These colleges offer high-quality education but have low tuition fees, particularly for seats under government quotas. Admission is on the basis of performance in the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). State-run medical colleges in all of India, including Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, also offer cheap education to the NEET qualified candidates.
