The dates of JEE Main results are generally in February for Session 1 and May for Session 2. Pondicherry Engineering College does accept scores from JEE Main for admission. Cut-off ranks in PEC as follows: General (15,000-25,000), OBC (20,000-30,000), SC (40,000-50,000), ST (50,000-60,000). Counselling would typically start with registration in June, seat allocation in July, and admission confirmation in August. Closing ranks in PEC: Computer Science: 18,000-22,000; Electrical: 25,000-30,000; and Mechanical: 20,000-25,000. The results of JEE Main Session 1 will be declared by 6th February and Session 2 by 18 May. The ranks will vary year to year and also category-wise.
