Apart from this, make sure to fill out the application form online and submit the documents required. Also, to prove English language proficiency, the applicants may be required to submit TOEFL score. No, candidates from other states cannot apply for the Andhra Pradesh EDECET 2025 exam. The Andhra Pradesh EDCET 2025 exam is conducted only for the students who have domicile in Andhra Pradesh and have resided in Andhra Pradesh for at least 10 years or candidates whose parents, or spouses are State/Central Government employees or working in Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Government owned Universities and other quasi-public institutions in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
