CAT cut off for IISC is around 95 percentile. And apart from CAT percentile academic profile is also considered. At 50 percentile its going to be difficult to get into IISC - Department of Management Studies.

If you have experience it's well and good as it counts during your Placements. If you don't have experience also that's fine but you need to take up some certification courses as well as you need to be very active in your extra curricular activities which will help you to develop leadership

No, you need to have CAT 2018 score to get into IISC course. Direct admissions are not given under any circumstances.
