The total IIT Delhi MTech fee for students belonging to the General category is between INR 3 lakh - INR 8.7 lakh. The institute offers fee waivers based on category and income slab. In addition to this, IIT Delhi also offers several scholarships and fee concessions based on merit and financial need of the students.

IIT Delhi will release the list of provisionally selected candidates on its admission portal. The list will include the names and application reference numbers of candidates selected for admission. Shortlisted candidates will have to complete the remaining formalities to confirm their admission.

Candidates seeking admission to IIT Delhi MBA course must apply online for CAT. IIT Delhi MBA admission is based on candidates' performance in the CAT entrance test, followed by a GD & PI round.Candidates must initially appear for the CAT entrance exam. After qualifying for the CAT exam, candidates are required to participate in the subsequent GD and PI rounds.A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree. A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST/PwD candidates.

IIT Delhi offers MBA admission on the basis of candidates' performance in the CAT exam. The Cutoff is released in the form of a percentile. IIT Delhi CAT Cutoff 2025 hasn't been released on a public platform and is accessible to candidates who appeared in the exam using their registered email ID and password. However, going by the past few years' trends, the closest estimated CAT sectional cutoff percentile was 98.04 for the General AI category students.

The IIT Delhi M.Tech course is offered across different specialisations. IIT Delhi M.Tech admission is done based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score. The GATE application form fee submission mode is online via net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI. IIT Delhi JAM Cutoff 2024 was different in terms of the opening and Closing ranks. In 2024, the last-round closing cutoff ranks for different MSc courses among the General AI categories closed at a range of 32 and 541. Whereas, in 2023, the Cutoff ranks for different courses closed at a range of 11 and 164, during it's last round.
