Sorry to say, it seems very difficult to get ICT Mumbai for B.Tech Food Engineering and Technology. For Open category (Ladies Quota) cutoff for 2017 was 154 (1832 rank ). So, getting ICT-Mumbai seems difficult. You can go for other Colleges. Below are the Colleges offering Food Engineering and Technology in Mumbai.

No, there is no other way to get admission in ICT, Mumbai other then JEE and MHCET. Here admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) for the 70% of the total seats (reserved for Maharashtra state candidates only). Admission for the remaining 30% of the seats (All India seats) is through counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains. And if you think of Management quota seats then there is NO management quota for ICT Mumbai.
