No, there is no other way to get admission in ICT, Mumbai other then JEE and MHCET. Here admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) for the 70% of the total seats (reserved for Maharashtra state candidates only). Admission for the remaining 30% of the seats (All India seats) is through counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains. And if you think of Management quota seats then there is NO management quota for ICT Mumbai. ICT is one of the best institutions of its type in the country. Yes, you can apply online for PG. In fact method for applying for PG and above is online only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Basic eligibility to pursue B.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology in Institute of Chemical Technology is that, candidate should have cleared class 12th with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Mathematics.
Admission is based through counselling based on rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET). Regards.
