A number of noteworthy alumni to J.J. College of Engineering and Technology (JJCET) go on to do well in the field of technology and engineering. TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Zoho, Wipro etc. are the corporates from where graduates have taken up jobs. The college has an excellent placement cell where all the recruitment processes are done and so the placement percentage is around 80%. As per the latest job package which is INR 17 LPA the salary indicates that educational programs of the college are a cut above others in preparing students for battling roles in job market. The names of the alumni are not available online.

At J.J College Of Engineering and Technology (JJCET) for B.E./B.Tech application form, candidate has to upload some basic documents during the application process, such as mark sheets of 10th / 12th for academic reference, transfer certificate and conduct certificate. Additionaly applicants will have to furnish a community certificate (if any) and passport sized photograph too. A scorecard for the entrance exam such as TNEA is additionally required as a part of admission. Copies of all documents must be submitted along with the originals during admission.
