Hi Harpreet,
There are many Scholarship Exam and do you want to study abroad? If yes, then you must check the university websites, because in most cases the scholarship are provided by the universities on merit basis.

Hello Harpreet, It's very nice to see your desire of studying Engineering graduation in Japan. However many countries including Japan do not accept Diploma as the qualification for undergraduate studies. 10 + 2 or XIIth standard is normally considered as the basis for granting admission. However some colleges do accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and based on this assumption you can seek admission. The closeness of India- Japan is the prime reason you must choose JAPAN over other countries. The fee is relatively lower than UK, USA and also there is tuition waiver for Asian students and Indian students. The approximate fee will be INR. 3 Lacs - INR. 5 Lacs, which is nearly INR. 2 Lacs - INR. 4 Lacs.
