The last year qualifying JEE Main cutoff for ST candidates was 44.33, here 10-15% increase or decrease are possible which is depends upon various factors like difficulty level and number of students appears in exams etc. Hence lets be hopeful every thing will be fine.

For JEE Advanced, you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 1. Paper 2 is only for B.Arch colleges.

Hi Raunak,
You should give an attempt to April exam also as you might score better than this and improve your chances of getting a best college other than IIT. So, I would advise to give a chance as while preparing for advance you would obviously get prepared for Mains.

If we look at the last year's trend then around 90 percentile score is required to qualify for JEE Advance. However, this will depend a lot on the performance of the students in the JEE Mains exam. The second JEE Main attempt will be in April 2020 post it the final list of qualifying marks will be published. This is for the general /open category. However there are separate cutoff for reserved/ girls category which is much lower to the general/open category.
