At this stage, there is no IIT available for you.
However, you may get predatory course in IITs.

If you have got CRL rank in JEE Advanced, then you are definitely eligible for counseling.

Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared JEE Advanced required cutoff.
So, there are no chance of getting admission in any of the IIT.
I hope you understand my point.

Sorry to say, but 96 marks would not help you to fetch any of the IIT.
However, you can enroll for preparatory courses offered by IIT at this stage.

You can't get any good college at this marks. Most of the engineering colleges provide admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank/marks. You can visit Shiksha website to predict your college according to your marks.

You can check Central University of Karnataka. It accepts jEE Advanced score. Most of the colleges accept JEE Mains marks and ranks to admit students in B.Tech.
