First of all, you should focus on NCERT books. For additional, you can go for HC Verma in physics, for chemistry, GRB publication's books are good and for practicing numerical, you can refer Arihant books but make sure that you should not have excess study material.

There is a subject wise cut off for JEE Advanced. For General candidates it is 10 marks in each subject. OBC NCL min marks are 9. If you score 10 then you meet eligiblity criteria.

As per the information available on the web, I got to know that JEE Mains paper 2 results are releasing on 27th May 2017 and AAT results will be out on 18-19 June while the exam for AAT is going to be conducted on 14th June.
