It's nice to see you are thinking of JEE advanced. I feel to have surety of admission, you should aim for 70+ percentile so that you get institute of your choice.

It's really good to see that you are thinking of Advanced. It's actually very simple. Assign time for each subject everyday. Assign time for exercise and yoga everyday. Take weekly mock tests. That's all.

There are many coaching institutes in Pune area. FITJEE, ALLEN, TOPPR, PACE, etc. List is almost endless. I would advise you to join that coaching institute which is near to your home.

Normally, it is seen that marks obtained by OBC students is quite good. Hence, I feel you need to get 80+ percentile in JEE advanced to get branch of your choice. 11th mark-sheet is not required.

It's good to see your dream of getting admission in IIT. Now work towards it. IIT-M is a premier institute and I feel you should be in 90 percentile bracket to get admission in course of your choice.

Follow these books if you are appearing for it next year. If this year, then there is less time. So, you go through NCERT:
*Physical Chemistry by O.P. Tandon
This book covers the entire Physical Chemistry syllabus including Atomic Structure, Radioactivity and Nuclear Transformation and Stoichiometry.
