IIT D is one the most premier IIT. Therefore, you need to score better for admission here. I feel a percentile of 75 or more should get you admission here.
Best wishes.

CS in IIT K is the most premier course. Good aim. I feel you will need to be in at least 90 percentile bracket to get branch and place of your choice.
Best wishes.

There are some specialist institutes which have JEE Mains preparation and 11th/12th study simultaneously. However, clearing actually depends on students caliber. But these are not at all places. Kota and Hyderabad are famous for this.

You have asked an existential question. Answer unfortunately is straight forward no. Other institutions which take score from JEE Mains do accept lower scores, but these too have already been announced. You definitely need to score 75% or more in your boards to get into IITs.

Now a days, there are plenty of options of online tests. It's actually difficult to say which is better or best. To tell you frankly, by chance if the questions are from topic you know well, test appears simple & easy. On the other hand, if questions appear from not so well prepared topics, test appears to be tough. Toppr, plances, edushoppee are amongst the many choices.
Best wishes.

Kindly, understand that you have to do well in 12th. In fact you should get 75% or more. So, do not skip studies of 12th. Yes, it's a good idea to take drop of 1 year. Give yourself this year to prepare for your future. In our life one year is actually nothing. But, do remember this year is for the preparation.
