Now, about being eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. The AIR will be declared by NTA only after they conduct second set of JEE Mains in the month of April. Yes absolutely, the exam conducting authority National Testing Agency NTA from this year will be conducting JEE Main twice a year (January and April). If a student by any reason misses the first attempt, he/she can fill the application form for the second attempt. A student who has given JEE in January can also re-appear for the April attempt if he feels he can score better. So, don't worry you are eligible.
As per the information brochure release by NTA, the online submission of application forms will start from 08 February to 07 March. Keep an eye on the official website www.nta.ac.in or www.jeemain.nic.in.

I feel this is enough for scoring 60+ but you must be completely known with these books and the questions in it. Moreover, there are many big books for reference, if you are gonna write this year you won't be able to complete atleast half of those books of RD Sharma, etc. Well, these are very good for reference.
