With 862 in IPE and 56% in JEE Mains, you've crossed the ST category qualifying cutoff, so you are eligible for counselling. However, getting into top IITs or popular NIT branches may be difficult at this percentile. You still stand a fair chance for seats in some lower? ranked NITs, GFTIs, state universities, or good private engineering colleges that accept JEE scores under the ST quota.

The JEE Main syllabus is not sufficient for BTech CSE admission. Though it covers PCM concepts from Class 11 and 12, along with logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude, which are definitely included in the syllabus of other entrance tests, it is always better to check the detailed exam syllabus of other national/state/university exams for BTech CSE.
The top IITs need JEE Advanced scores for admission, and various other colleges take into account scores of state-level/college-level exams. So, you must keep the backup window open without relying solely on one exam where the competition is too high.

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering considers JEE Main score for admission to BTech programme. However, it is not mandatory. Aspirants can also apply with a valid score in MHT CET for BTech. In 2025, JEE Main cutoff for PCCOE BTech was 25734 for AI & DS. Among all offered specialisations, the JEE Main cutoff was most competitive for Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.

With a CRL rank of 335,752 in JEE Mains, it's unlikely to get CSE in top government colleges in Delhi NCR. But you can still get CSE or related branches in private colleges.
? Colleges You Can Target:
1. Sharda University, Greater Noida – Direct admission, good infra.
2. Galgotias University, Greater Noida – Decent placements.
3. NIET, Greater Noida – Accepts UPTAC, good CSE scope.
4. GL Bajaj, Greater Noida – May get IT/AIML.
5. Amity University, Noida – Direct admission, higher fees.
6. IIMT, Greater Noida – Budget-friendly, easy admission.
? Focus on IT, Data Science, AIML if CSE isn't available.

With SC category rank 10939 there are high chancesof getting into one of the colleges at Delhi JAC.
You have a good chance of getting into a college in Delhi through JAC (Joint Admission Counseling) with an SC category rank of 10939, especially since you are from UP and JAC considers the JEE Main All India Rank (CRL) and not just the category rank for seat allocation. Since you are an SC candidate from outside Delhi, your chances of getting a seat in the main rounds are better than those of general category candidates from outside Delhi.
