Yes, it is mandatory to carry a print copy of the JEE Mains admit card. Soft copy on the mobile phone is not valid for entry at exam.

No, to appear for the JEE Main exam, candidates have to show their printed JEE Main hall ticket alongwith other required documents as mentioned by NTA.

No. Any kind of calculator - virtual or physical - is not allowed at the JEE Main exam centres.

No, candidates are not allowed to carry personal rough sheets into the exam hall. The rough sheets are provided at the JEE Mains exam centre to all candidates.

In JEE Mains, there is no minimum mark needed to qualify the exam. However, a minimum mark is needed for candidates to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam. This is called the JEE Main cutoff for JEE Advanced. this cutoff marks will be mentioned in the session 2 JEE Mains result.

Yes, you must carry your original PwD certificate (or UDID card) to the JEE Main exam centre to avail of relaxation or scribe services.

NTA has not issued any strict guidelines on what to wear and what to avoid. NTA has only stated that shoes with a thick sole and garments with large buttons are not allowed.

Also, Sikh candidates are allowed to carry religious or customary attire such as a Kara or Kirpan.

Yes, you can wear a hijab in the JEE Mains exam as it is considered a religious item. However, you will likely undergo enhanced security checks at the exam centre.

You should arrive early to complete this frisking process. Make sure to keep your face visible for identification.
