No. The NTA JEE result and the scorecard are the same thing. The result is released as a scorecard under the logins of the students.

Students can get admission in MIT School of Computing BTech without JEE Main as well if applying through the state quota. For the All-India Quota, JEE Main is compulsory. However, vacant seats may get filled through PERA CET/ UNI-GAUGE.
