Well, you can get admission through some other examination basis like COMEDK, IPU, MMMUT, other state entrance examination. JEE is the examination through which most of the colleges take admission, but nevertheless you can go for BITSAT as well if you gave the entrance exam. If not, try out University examination and some other courses also. It will be beneficial for you. All the best.

You can compare your rank with previous year's category wise cutoff's ranks of NITs at:-
https://josaa.nic.in/josaaorcrarchieve/Result/OpeningClosingRankArchieveN.aspx?Year=2017.
Check for the Home State NIT first. Also this year's round 1 counselling ranks at: https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=71.
Best of luck.

Here, at this college, you get admission based on who apply and appear for counselling but you need to qualify JEE Mains as in OC category cut-off marks, so as to accept your application. And for scholarship, if you are in the top 12 of a branch (for the first year, you have join the top 12 which are shortlisted based on JEE score, the following years will be shortlisted based your CGPA of previous year), who have joined, then you can get 1-1.5 lakhs scholarship per year.

This is a private college. So, no need to worry about category, and also in this college, they accept applications who are qualified in JEE Mains (i.e. he/she should qualify according to OC category cut-off) as per the year, as of this year is around 74. So, if you cross this year cut-off, you may get a seat and if you are above 120, you will get CSE for sure. And, I can't guarantee because it's based on the people who apply and you need to qualify JEE Mains to apply.
