You can get VNIT but not NIT-Rourkela as getting there is quite difficult, according to last year admission score.

No, you can't as the minimum marks required for the JEE to get admission into any NIT is 75% for the general & OBC candidates and 65% for the SC/ST students.

Grab this college. IET is one of the best college of Uttar Pardesh, and it is much better than some of the NITs and no doubt this college has a very good placement track and awesome study and entertainment environment.

Yes, you can get, but you have to wait for the last round of the counselling, as in the first round you might not get that, as in the first round student try to find for the best and hence they block 2-4 seats in best institute but till the last round they are confirmed that they have to go in that particular college so all other seat left vacant and then lower rank students get that.

You can do engineering in Coimbatore from CIT, PES, Karpagam, Kumaraguru, Hindustan, SNS, etc.

Everything depends upon the counseling results. You have to wait for all the rounds. My suggestion would be don't just get fixed on a particular location. You can go for another location.
