For general Candidates the minimum cutoff for CSE will be around 140 and for ECE minimum cutoff will be around 130.For OBC candidates the minimum cutoff for CSE will be around 130 and for ECE minimum cutoff will be around 115.

You can try Akash, Janakpuri. Though they are an English-medium institute, if you raise your problem, they will teach you in normal day to day language.
Plus, they will help you improve your English as in engineering. Almost every lecture is taught in English only
or else you can join any local institute.

Passed or appeared in 10+2 Science/equivalent with P.C.M. 45% marks in aggregate (Minimum requirement of 40% marks is applicable to reserve category candidate)
Course fee: 5 lakhs.
The JEE cut-off varies each year. You should obtain at least 75 or above.

So sorry, but you cannot take admission in this college without JEE Mains.
JEE Mains is the basic criteria for the admission in this college.
Don't get upset, prefer some other private college as per your convenience.
