First of all, the colleges that you get does not depend on how much you scored in individual subjects but your overall marks and with these marks it's not possible to get any government architecture college as your rank is quite low
all the government architecture institutions close within 3000 rank between drawing score is given more weightage than the mathematics marks and because of your class 12th marks too you can't get any government college as the requirement is 75%.

Yes, you can and I'll prefer you to withdraw it for sure as in the special round the chances of getting good NIT increases and it might be possible that you might land into the top NIT.

The JEE Mains syllabus will contain topics from class 11th and 12th of CBSE, ICSE and other state boards. Syllabus for Paper 1 will contain physics, chemistry and mathematics. No, the marks of paper 2 can get you a seat for B. Architecture only. For admission in B.Tech (like civil engineering) JEE Paper 1 will be considered. BEST OF LUCK!

First, you have to register online for B.Arch. For MITS Gwalior, the mode of admission is online.
I think the registration for B.Arch 2018 is open till 18th of June only, and for verification also, it the same i.e. 18th of June.
