Hope you are doing well. Yes, definitely you should go for B.Arch if you have interest in this because you secured very well marks and you. There is a chance that you will get government college as well. Go for counselling and get the best college with this marks. Only a few colleges will accept this marks if you had not appeared in NATA.
All the best.

Hope you are doing well. Yes, definitely you are eligible for NITs with this ranking because generally, their cut-off rank lies in between 200 to 2000. So, you have satisfied the criteria and you are eligible to get an NIT for Architecture. Go and find the best NIT and get the admission.
All the best.

Hope you are doing well. For general category, if you need admission in NIT-Calicut for B.Arch then you need to secure a rank between 496 to 1302 merit rank. For OBC, 543 to 1475 rank is required. For SC category, between 52 to 174. This is the same with state cut-off list. Other state candidate's cutoff may vary slightly.

In the second paper about 40 MCQs had to be answered in 1 hour (negative marking was there). The difficulty level was way higher than what comes in WBJEE.
The difficulty of question papers in competitive exams doesn't matter much. What matters is how you were able to perform in that paper than the rest of the other competitors. Practice is the key.

According to the last year's marks, it is possible for you.
But in 2015 and 2016, the marks required were a bit higher than this.
So you can expect a seat but keep an eye on other colleges also.
