In case, you don't get DY Patil, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. The schedule of JEE Main counselling will be announced soon. The counselling will only begin after JEE Main and Advanced result will be announced. The result of JEE Mains came on April 30, 2018, and the result of JEE Advanced is due on June 10, 2018.

Hope you are doing well. No, you don't have any chance for NIT or IITs because the closing rank of NITs limits to 2000. You can get a good government college with this rank and also good government colleges. Some of the colleges you can get are:
The M. S. University of Baroda-Department of Architecture
CEPT University-Faculty of Architecture
D. C. Patel School of Architecture (A. P. I. E. D. ).
