Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. So

These colleges show that they only accept NATA scores but in the closing dates, these colleges take in candidates with JEE Score just to fill up their seats and stash students in.
So just hang around, you will definitely find a seat there.
