Hello, hope you are doing well. You should go for NIT Calicut or NIT-K for Architecture with this rank. Else go for some government college; you will definitely get one. Otherwise, you can try for Nirma University, M. S. University, IPS Indore. You will also have a chance in these colleges with this rank.
All the best.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. No, you are not eligible for NIT with 147 marks in JEE Paper 2. Go for government colleges or some private college like DY Patil College, Nirma University, IPS Indore, MS University. You will definitely get colleges with these marks but you are not eligible for NITs.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, definitely, you are eligible for any NIT for B.Arch. You should try for your state NIT if you want, otherwise go for other state NIT. Google the cut-off ranks for getting a seat in NIT or also you can try for IIITs for B.Arch.
All the best.

Many of the engineering colleges in India take admission on the basis of JEE score.
It is not necessary. There are many exams like COMEDK, state level exams like UPSEE,VIT .
But most of government institutions are accepting JEE score only. And, most of good private college too.

JEE paper 1 marks are responsible for NITs and CFTIs. Your 2 paper marks are responsible for IITs only.
