I prefer CatalyseR JEE Shikhar online test series, because I opted for it last year. It is awesome, you can best analyze your performance in it. It will provide you with fully exam environment during test. Trust me, its good with exam and question pattern almost, like AIIMS and NEET exam.

To crack JEE in 5 months you have to complete all your NCERT books. These are the best books for building good basic concepts. After completing all your NCERT Books, go for good books like HC Verma and RD Sharma to cover in-depth concepts. Practice more quality questions and set time for revision also.
Practice all the previous year's questions to gain confidence to crack JEE exam.
For more help, visit the link Shared above.
Hope this will help.
Best of luck.

Visit the High Court, City Municipal Corporation Office or Village Sarpanch for the same along with your passport sized photographs, Class 10 marksheet, residence proof. Ask them for the application. They will provide you a file which needs to be filled with attested copies of documents. After submission, it takes around one month to arrive. So, apply for it soon.

Dropping a year after your class 12th for JEE preparation is a big step.
Results completely depend on the choices and steps taken by you during preparation.

Good luck!
