Going to a coaching institute or not is entirely your decision as per your confidence level and your preparation for the JEE exam. A crash course for a month or two followed by a good test series can be beneficial for you or if your basics are clear, then only a good test series must be enough.

Hi Kunal,
If you are taking a drop studying the same thing, which is a difficult.
So, it's better to take admission in the same year (Plus you are interested in science).

Hello,
From 1st of December, forms are available on the official website of JEE Mains. You must have a recent photo in which date is mentioned, Aadhar Card, Application fee at the time of form filing. Your DOB is more than 1st Oct 1993. Student must passed class 12th in 2016, 2017 or appearing in 2018 with more than 75% marks for general for getting admission in NITs IITs and CFTIs but you can appear in exam if you have not more than 75% marks.

You have to wait till you give your exams and get the results. You need to give entrance exams for engineering like JEE Main & Advanced, CET, COMEDK, IIST etc. After the counselling session, you can apply to your preferred university. You can take up online entrance exams like university-GAUGE which will allow you to apply to several leading deemed & private universities across India. You can take a year gap between attempts of JEE exam only in the JEE Mains, not in JEE Advanced. The no. of attempts to attend the IIT JEE Exam is reduced to 3 years.
JEE exam is conducted for the selection of the candidates for the admission into the IITs. know more at https://www.eduncle.com/iit-jee check in details. IIT JEE exam is held in two parts that is JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. To get admission into IIT institutes, one need to crack JEE Advanced. If you go to JEE notice, there is a specific year of a gap after 12th standard after which you can't take JEE exam. Also, there is a maximum number of attempts. So it depends on how many times you have taken JEE, how many years since you finished your 12th class and also you're age.
