Aakash institute will be good. aakash study material is very good.

Discard RS agrawal/RD Sharma.They are completely extrapolation of the concepts and various chapters.
Use NCERT and TOGETHER WITH for reference.
Together With Mathematics contains last 10yrs questions separated Chapter wise.Do that along with NCERT.
Concentrate on book 2(NCERT) properly as the second book carries more marks but don't forget or ignore the 1st one.
The paper can be tough next year also.
CBSE board exams are unpredictable.
Give your best and be prepared for every kind of paper.

If you are sure about your drop then you must also see your next 10 months of preparation that will not only prepare you about but will guide you. During that time you have opted for drop then you must concentrate only in your studies without any distractions.

You can try for admission in private universities that will offer you admission in B.Arch on basis of 12th marks and NATA score.
Some of the private universities also are offering good scholarships to students on basis of 12th exams and NATA scores.
