First of all, you need to know that IITM Delhi doesn't accept the score of JEE for any of their courses. The institute offer B.Com, BCA and BBA on the basis of IPU CET entance exam. Although you can take admission at GGSIPU with a JEE mains score for B.Tech. With a rank of 7696 in JEE, you will not be able to take admission for B.Com at IITM because for that, you need to appear for IPU CET. So your JEE mains rank doesn't have any significance if you want to take admission in B.Com at IITM.

With a rank of 23910 and an OBC NCL category rank of 80310 in JEE, you have very few chances of getting admission for any branch, especially CSE at NSUT or IGDTU. The cut-off ranks for these colleges are generally much lower for the OBC NCL category, especially for popular branches like Computer Science Engineering; however, you might be able to secure a less preferred branch at the East Campus depending on the specific course and availability of seats. However, the cutoff varies every year based on the availability of seats, so you should not lose all your hope.

The admission success into IET's Civil or Electrical branch following your 84 percentile in JEE Mains depends on multiple components such as minimum rank criteria along with the admission procedure. The specific information about cutoffs at IET remains elusive although admissions at IITs use category ranks where institute and branch determine their individual cutoff levels. The 2023 required score for Electrical Engineering admissions at IIT Bhubaneswar reached 4665-6768 for general candidates whereas IIT Bombay demanded 142-463. The admission data for IET remains subject to alteration because its application process might be distinct

VIT Bhopal doesn't accept the scores of JEE Mains or COMEDK for admissions in any of their B.Tech courses. Instead, the university conducts its own entrance exam, VITEEE, for admission to B.Tech. programs. Students are selected based on their performance in VITEEE, and students also need to have a minimum of 60% in their 12th to apply, which you already have. So if you wish to take admission in this institute, you need to appear for VITEEE, or else you need to look for a different institute.

With a CRL rank of 451836 in JEE under the SC category, it will be very difficult for you to get admission in GFTIs or reputed colleges in Punjab or Chandigarh. This is because your rank is very low as compared to the expected cutoffs. The expected SC category cutoff rank for 2025 for GFTIs is 70,000-120,000 or 50-70 percentile. As your rank is very much lower than the expected one, you will face problems in getting a government-reputed college. You may get a normal institute in Punjab or Chandigarh with this rank. Although the cutoff varies every year, the above-mentioned statements are given on the basis of predictions based on previ

Yes, NITs and GFTIs give admission on the basis of the JEE Mains category rank rather than the overall commo rank list.  The CRL is still considered a benchmark for overall merit, especially for the general category candidates, where the CRL is the primary rank used.  For reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, admission to NITs and GFTIs is primarily based on their respective category ranks within the JEE Mains exam, while for general category candidates, the CRL is the primary rank used for admission.  The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) manages the admission process for NITs and GFTIs, considering both
