No, you don't need to give DDUGU for admission to B.Tech CSE ( Computer Science Engineering) programme in DDU Gorakhpur. You can get also admission through JEE Mains Score.
You can apply directly through the JEE Mains based counselling provess held by the university.

To get a rank of 8000 in the SC category, you'll likely need a percentile score around 95-96.

As estimated marks would be literally  between above 190 and below 200.

A *JEE Mains rank of 18,979* gives you a good chance of getting a seat in *NITs or IIITs*, but a *"free seat"* depends on factors like *category, home state quota, and fee waivers*. If you belong to a reserved category or have a low-income certificate, you may get tuition fee waivers under government schemes. Check JoSAA counseling cutoffs for exact details.

With *45.45 percentile* in JEE Mains, admission to *NITs, IIITs, or top GFTIs* may not be possible, but you can explore *private engineering colleges* or state-level institutes that accept lower percentiles. Some universities also offer direct admission based on Class 12 marks. Checking individual college cutoffs will help you find the best option.

GGSIPU considers the *Common Rank List (CRL) rank* for JEE Mains counseling, not the category rank. However, reserved category candidates can get benefits during seat allotment based on their category. It's best to check the official GGSIPU admission guidelines for confirmation.

No, at this rank, you cannot get admission at Jagran Lakecity University regardless of any campus. For that, you have to opt for the management quota. However, you can look for other institutes which have lower eligibility criteria for admission to BTech courses. To get more information, you can visit the Shiksha website.
