I suggest you to prepare for jee main and try to get into IIT ratther than taking admission in college you will not regret after getting into IIT

Don't worry if you didn't got good marks in JEE mains,there are many premier colleges where you can get admission by availing high scholarship.Chandigarh university is good but there are some institutes that are doing much better.along with good education they provide platform where one can implement his innovative ideas.here are some of these institutes:
1.BITS
2.SIBM
3.Lovely Professional University
choose it wisely.Lovely Professional University is doing exceptionally good in their placements, education ,ranking ,tie-ups etc.

Varun !Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:

Hi Harsh, the maximum cut off for DTU goes lower than 100000 for the SC students from Delhi region. Therefore, I think it will be very very difficult to get any branch in DTU.

it also depends on your 12 boards marks but ur chances are low of getting symbiosis pune.
