JEE Examinations are conducted by CBSE along with one of the IIT every year. These aren't conducted by any other institution.

forget what all had happened . take a new start. even ur 12th boards has no any connection with 11th syllabus. for ur boards jst read 12th properly. set yr target to complete ur syllabus till November or hardly December. for jee u should have to study separately for at least 2-3hrs. jst guve ur best shot and leave the rest. have faith in yourself.
