Hello
Firstly depend upon your category because category is more matter in seat allotment. If you belong from general category then you will not get any NITS.
You can apply for top private university like Amity university, Manipal university , PEC chandigarh , Jaypee institute of technology noida.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks
Best of luck

Hello ! dont worry if you have score less marks in JEE,still there are many other colleges that conducts their own exam and allot the seats based on its score along with high scholarship.here are some of the universities where you can apply for the admission:
1.BITS
2.VIT
3.Lovely Professional University
4.SRM
i have heard Lovely professional University is having an excellent infrastructure which provides a good opportunity to their students to explore their skills. even it provides assured placement.

Hi Faraz,
As per your JEE score, your estimated Jee rank is above 75000.
The above mentioned ranks are displayed only the basis of a candidate's score in JEE Main 2016. There can be variation in ranks when the same is calculated on the basis of normalization of scores, taking in account Class XII Board results along with reservation (SC / ST / OBC etc.) and JEE exam scores.
However, you may refer the college predictor as mentioned blow:

Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Best of luck.

Hi Rahul,
Indeed 45 is too less a score to secure a seat. For direct admissions, I request you to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
