Hi Pankaj,
Yes , Jee(Main) is only for admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, SFIs, State Engineering colleges for participating institute and other participating institute.
There are huge number of engineering colleges in India which offers B.Tech. admission without JEE(MAIN).
