To get admission in a decent NIT, regardless of branch preferences, a percentile score of 97 is optimistic for general category students. However marks required for 97 percentile differs on the basis of the hardness of the shift and relative performance of other students. Yes, SGT University accepts JEE Main scores for admission to its technical courses. While it gives preference to candidates who have appeared in JEE Main. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at SVECW is that candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Admission to B.Tech is based on EAMCET rank and state-level counseling.
