To calculate your JEE B.Arch rank, you have to wait for the All India Rank (AIR) list to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The rank is determined based on your percentile score and the exam performance of other candidates. Once the AIR list is published, you will find your rank corresponding to your percentile. With a JEE Mains rank of 4.5 Lacs and an EWS rank of 70,000, consider colleges like Chandigarh University, Punjab Engineering College (PEC) and Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET). Although getting into top institutions can be difficult at this value, these colleges offer quality education and decent internship opportunities. Research their entry criteria, thresholds and fee structures. Also check Punjab State Engineering Colleges and Private Institutes for Admissions.
