The Selection process at the School of Engineering and Technology, CMR University

The Student or Candidates must clear 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Maths, and English to be eligible for the university.

The Individual can take admission by taking any one of the later exams i.e. CET, JEE Main, COMED-K or CMRUAT

If the Student Clears the above the exams, he/she can indulge in the counseling process for further process.

The university accepts admission according to or based on the marks obtained in the exam.

Yes, it is possible to take admission to the BE programme at Zeal College of Engineering and Research without JEE Main scores. Zeal College BE admission 2025 can be made on the basis of scores and rank obtained by candidates in MHT CET. As per the IIITDM Kancheepuram's admission guidelines, JEE Main score is required for admission to BTech programme. There is no other way to get admission to this course. Based on a valid JEE Main rank, candidates are allotted seats through JoSAA Counselling process. Further, vacant seats are filled with CSAB counselling process. Candidates must make sure to qualify the BTech eligibility citeria: Class 12 (Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject) with at least 75% aggregate.

Yes, Amity Gwalior accepts JEE Main score for admission to BTech courses. However, candidates who have not appeared for JEE Main can also apply for BTech with CUET-UG score. For BTech (CSE) International, aspirants need to pass an English test followed by a personal interview round. Besides, qualifying entrance exam, candidates also need to pass lass 12 with Physics,  Chemistry and Mathematics to apply for Amity Gwalior BTech course. Aspirants who have taken Biology in Class 12 instead of Mathematics can also apply for BTech in Biotechnology.

Yes, individuals who have finished their 12th grade with a Science stream have the option to pursue a BTech degree without requiring JEE Main or any other entrance exam scores. Many engineering colleges and universities have their own entrance exams or admission criteria for BTech programs. Some private colleges may also offer direct admission based on academic performance in qualifying exams.

Yes, NorthCap University (NCU) accepts JEE Main scores for B.Tech admissions. NCU also accepts scores from other national exams, such as CLAT/LSAT/AILET.

Yes, you could get admission for B.Tech at Meenakshi College of Engineering with a 75 percentile in JEE. Candidates must have cleared the HSC exam with the following criteria:

General Category55.00%
Backward Class including Backward Class Muslim50.00%
MBC & DNC45.00%

Yes, Meenakshi College of Engineering,  Chennai accepts JEE Main scores between 80-90 percent. However, the eligibility requirements change each year based on the student's departure. For example, the eligibility requirements for undergraduate programs are 50% and 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Zeal College of Engineering is constituent college of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It is private college. According to your percentile your rank would be near about 2 Lakhs+ . On the basis of this rank you might not get admission through JEE-Main quota but although you can get it through management quota because it is private college.
