Considering your percentage, the chances of getting admission to any IIT or NIT are very low. You can try as you belong to the SC category. You can also study in good private colleges like Panipat Insitute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Geeta University, etc. that do not give preference to JEE Mains.

Admission to SASTRA University is based on two streams:

In Stream 1, 70% of the seats are filled based on 75% class 12 marks and 25% JEE Mains marks. Candidates with class 12 scores between 90-95% and around 80% in JEE Mains have a good chance of admission.

In Stream 2, 30% of the seats are filled based solely on class 12 marks. Candidates typically need over 95% in class 12 due to high competition.

As your mark in IPE as well as in JEE Mains are good, so you have good chances to get into CSE branch from SASTRA University

Lower-ranked NITs like NIT Sikkim, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Mizoram may be within reach.IIITs in Kota, Una, and Bhagalpur are feasible alternatives.Institutes like Assam University (Silchar), Mizoram University, and North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) are potential alternatives.

To increase your chances of admission to a desirable college, participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counseling process and monitor the opening and closing ranks for each round.

To object the official answer key of the JEE Mains 2024 examination, candidates have to pay and non refundable fee of INR 200 per question to be objected. Candidates must know that paying this fee does not ensure that the objection they are claiming will be considered right. It will be taken into thorough checking by many experts to come to that conclusion.

To know more about the JEE main 2024 examination, refer to the official website of the examination or Shiksha.
