As per your rank in JEE you have limited options. NM Institute of Engineering and Technology is one of the options where you can get admission to
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering

There are government colleges in every state which can be attained through nata exam . In kerala GEC Thrissur, CET Trivandrum, TKM Kollam, RIT kottayam are the ones . Through JEE colleges like SPA, NIT, Jamia milia etc. are the ones you can get admitted to.

The percentage in boards are considered for taking admission in some government and private colleges for B.Tech.
The admissions for B.Tech has already started and apply by counselling by if you write any entrance exam.
Otherwise you can choose management quota to get an admission in any private colleges or universities.

Yes you can join Lucknow institute of technology without JEE Mains for BTech.
- Jee Mains is not mandatory to join Lucknow institute of technology
You can take admission based on your UPCET exam score and take counselling so you can get the seat if you meet the cutoff rank.
Otherwise you can take management quota admission.

With 85% in 12th and 93 percentile in JEE you stand a very good chance in SASTRA university. Admission process of SASTRA is quite simple and they consider 12th mark and JEE score. Based on these marks they release merit list.
