If you have any type of reservation, yes it is possible but in other case you have to go for private college.

Hello, it is quite tough to calculate ranks based on percentile. This is so because for any percentile they are could be more than one student and hence ranking would be affected by this factor. How ever based on the previous years experience of marks versus percentile versus rank, Shiksha has come up with the formula that can predict your rank from the percentile that you obtain. Yes definitely you can do because as per the information brochure of JEE Main the candidates can appear for JEE Main if they are either completing/ passed 10+2 with PCM background or if they have completed or appearing for final examinations of Diploma course recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
