If you've given WBJEE and your rank is under 1k then there is possibility of getting Jadavpur University. So, the top colleges of WB are:
1. Jadavpur University
2. IEM
3. Techno Main Salt Lake
4. Heritage, etc.
According to your JEE Mains percentile you may get some B.Tech course in CSE with some specializations in Techno Main Salt Lake or in IEM. For more information you can try for some college predictors.

Female Students (all categories): INR 1450
Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, and PwD Students: INR 1450
All other Students: INR 2900
Foreign Nationals (including Overseas Citizens of India/PIO)
Students residing in SAARC countries: USD 90
Students residing in Non-SAARC countries: USD 180

You must produce the Certificate of disability and upload it in the application form of JEE online. Those candidates who do not have a PwD Certificate at the time of the application process will not be considered candidates of the PwD category. They shall be treated as the Open category candidates. A person with benchmark disability means a person with not less than 40 percent of a specified disability, where the specified disability has not been defined in measurable terms, and includes a person with a disability where the specified disability has been defined in measurable terms, as certified by the certifying authorities (RPwD ACT 2016). You can register by declaring that you do not belong to the general-Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS) provided your Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2022 score is above the General cut-off. If your Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2023 score is below the General cut-off you are not eligible for Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2023. For 2023, there are no changes announced for the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2023 eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria: Students should be among the top 2,50,000 successful students including all categories in the Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology paper of Joint Entrance Examination 2023.
