For admission in B.Tech. , candidate must qualify 10+2 Examination in Science stream. Selections through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination WBJEE and JEE (Mains). They also have NRI & Foreign Student quota. The date of examination and all major details will be available and updated on their official website.

So you will admission in any IIT Based on your JEE Advanced Rank.

The other top entrance exams apart from JEE Main in India are BITSAT SRMJEEE COMEDK, VITEEE MHT CET etc. But yes JEE always remains on top so in my opinion you should try that first.
