If you clear that you can clear JEE advance then go for IIT's without any other thought. Any there are many prestigious engineering colleges that give admission based on JEE Mains

At this percentile its very much hard to get any government college if you belong to general. But you can try for some lower branches in some colleges. You can improve your percentile in 2nd season so just focus on that . best wishes to you.

It is not easy to get an NIT but you easily get IIITs with this rank. You should try to upgrade your marks in the 2nd session. So focus on that.

I think GATE is the best option for you through which you can get into IITs and NITs.

The qualifying cutoff varies each year. The expected Cutoff for JEE Main 2023 is 88+ percentile for General Category, 75+ percentile for NC-OBC and EWS category and 45+ for SC Category.

Sorry to say that but with this percentile you can't get any government college. But you can go for private university.
