If you have done your preparation well and have deep knowledge about the topic then it will be easy for you to do JEE Advanced questions because the questions asked in JEE Advanced generally include multiple topics in a single questions. You can do previous year JEE Advanced questions to get a rough idea.

The cutoff for 2020 for CSE were 40000 for general, 56000 for OBC & 132000 for SC. There is no data available for recent years. You should apply for counseling as there is a high chance of getting a seat if year rank is under 50000.

JEE result does not declare in points. The result contained percentile and CRL. So please write about the CRL or percentile along with caste and home state for better response.

It is based on your grade point average and admission exam results. It is completely open for you to choose any stream that interests you, given that you are intelligent and have a variety of options. For such gifted students, the job chances are the same (who get to choose disciplines rather than allotted)
If you are a student in a respectable institution and are above average, Mech/Elec/E&C/E&I/Chem are all good options. Given the current infrastructural binge in the nation, even peaceful discourse is preferable.

Colleges in Bangalore take admission in three different ways
1. Through KCET Exam Score- This exam is for students of Karnataka only.
2. Through COMEDK Exam Score- This exam is for students all over India
3. Through Management quota- you just need to appear for either of the two exams and should have 10-20 Lacs for donation. They will give you admission.

JEE Main cutoff of HPTU are not available. However the JEE Main ranks between 4-5 Lakhs are very good enough for getting admission here in B.Tech courses.

Yes, you can get admission in Thapar if you also passed in 12th PCM with certain percentage usually above 60%. Keep in mind with these scores you can get admission but the branch you will get depends on the cutoff and counselling rounds. Most probable branches that would be available to you are : Civil, Mechanical, Electronics (Instrumentation and Control) Engineering, Mechatronics and Chemical. So make your decision accordingly because you won't get CSE in Thapar with 85 %ile.
