Yes, you can join ISRO without JEE Exam because you need to first have a BE or B.Tech or equivalent qualifying degree. ISRO conducts its written exam first which you can only apply if you meet the academic qualification: Students must have qualified B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 65 percent. Indian Space Research organisation offers jobs for only specific branches. Know how to pick your answers. AJEE Main paper will be moderate. Expect 11 easy questions 12 to 14 moderate and 5 hard. Leave 5 hard but solve easy and moderate surely. Make sure that you solve 20 from each subject. And Bro, let me say you time is important. Chemistry can be done in 30 minutes. And keep 1 hour for a subject maximum and bubble instantly so you won't lose any time and no mistake will happen.
