You JEE Main marks should be about 250 or percentile should be about 99.87 for SC rank 1000.

You will get admission.

Some good institutes to pursue agricultural engineering as per JEE Mains are:
1. SRM University in Chennai
2. IIT Madras
3. IISc Bangalore
4. IIT Kharagpur
5. BIT Sathy.

You can get NIT or IIT according to me there is no use of that because on a rank of more than 50000 we can get a bad Institute or a bad branch so, don't expect something more
I got triple IIIT Kalyani CS with the rank of 40000 but I didn't went there because it is a very bad Institute with low placem

You would require a minimum of 97 to 98 percentile to get admission in B.Tech programme in HBTU, Kanpur. The cutoff rank for CSE is around 21,000 which would be approximately. 97.5 percentile. The last ranks for other core branches are EE - 31,000; ME - 29,000; CE - 35,000 etc.

Withthis rank it is pretty hard to get into any of the IITs, you can try for IIITs and some NITs.
