As per the information available on SNU Chennai website, The selection process comprises the 12th marks, written test and Interview. So JEE Main scores is not necessary here for admission in B.Tech CSE (IOT) and B. Tech (AI&ML).
Selection Process : Students will be shortlisted based on the 12th Standard marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Shortlisted applicants will write an entrance test and attend a short interview. Scores in all three be used for ranking and admissions.

Hello Gazal Veer Kaur, firstly I must congratulate you for obtaining such phenomenal percentile in JEE Mains examination. With this percentile, you should get admission in a NIT. In fact I would strongly advise you to dream big and think of getting admission in one of the IIT's after appearing and scoring well in JEE Advanced. But getting admission in PEC is not feasible with this score since admissions there are based on ranking in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. Details are in attached link. https://www.shiksha.com/college/prakasam-engineering-college-22878/admission
Best wishes to you.
