Hello Shreya Bajaj, oh no. It's not mandatory to appear for JEE Mains to get admission in engineering branch of aeronautical engineering. JEE Mains is required to be given if you are seeking admission in either NIT or IIT or CFTI. For getting admission in college in your state having this branch then you need to give entrance exam assigned by your state. Of course in a private engineering college, you can seek admission against management quota without giving any entrance exam. Best wishes to you.

Hello Taniya Shah, I am afraid you seems to be ineligible at least presently to seek admission in engineering colleges. This is so since, mathematics is considered as compulsory irrespective of branch. There is a choice for Chemistry. Student could take Biology instead. Hello Nitin, cutoff differs from college to college. There are more than 25 NIT's. You need to make Google search to find out results.
