For getting admission in Dtu it's eligibility criteria is that in pcm combined u should have 60%. If in pcm u r having 60% then yes u r eligible for dtu.

If your JEE rank fall in the range of 25,000-30, 000. You can have a chance to get into sastra CSE dept. Try upto last round of counselling to get the rare chance. Wish you luck.
