Hello Sumanshi Roy, it's difficult to say at present. This year students have been given option to appear for four attempts and hence it's expected that cutoffs may increase this year. NTA had announced cutoffs last year. Students of different categories who had better percentile were allowed to app

Yes, you have to give entrance test for du to get adm in B.Tech CS and then you can get adm in college.
